Shipping information
Shipping costs will be determined at checkout and will vary based on your location and the item's weight.
Orders within the EU and UK typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while non-EU orders take 5-12 business days. Deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium are usually completed in 1-2 business days.
Expedited shipping is available. Please reach out for a custom quotation.
Combined shipping is available. When ordering multiple items, any excess shipping costs paid will always be refunded. For an estimate of the shipping costs, you can contact us prior to placing your order for a customized quote.
If you're unable to select your country or currency, it may be due to regional restrictions. Please reach out to us and we will be of personal service.
Taxes and Import Fees
For orders within European Union prices include VAT. We operate under the margin scheme. For our International customers outside the European Union import fees are collected by customs.
Order Issues
If you notice damage after unpacking, please follow these steps:
- Retain the original packaging.
- Contact us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the damage, along with clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
If we do not receive written notification within this period, the item will be considered delivered in good condition.
How will the damage be addressed?
All damage reports will be adressed by us personally. We always do our utmost best to provide a fitting solution.
Within the EU and UK, items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return packaging, shipping, and import duties (UK). Items must be returned in the same condition as they were originally sold. Any damages during the return process are the customer's responsibility. Once the item is received in proper condition, we will refund the item price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please contact us within 2 hours to cancel your order. Cancellations are not possible beyond this timeframe.
